随着我国社会主义市场经济体制的不断改革健全与完善,各项事业都发生了天翻地覆变化。医疗卫生事业作为与人民群众的生活密切相关部门,也得到长足发展。新时期新形势对医院的思想政治情况提出了更新更高要求。配合医院党总支认真做好医院职工的思想政治工作是医院工会义不容辞的职责,也是医院工会工作的一项重要内容。下面我们就工会如何开展思政工作,使医务人员端正立场,改善服务,以主人翁姿态推进医疗卫生事业新发展进行简要论述。
