患者27岁,初孕妇,住院号141。患者停经5个月,突然左下腹疼痛,恶心呕吐一次,于1981年5月7日收入院观察。患者自述左下腹部曾有包块,无不适感。入院检查:患者神志清,急性痛苦病容,Bp80/50mmHg,P104次/分,睑结膜苍白。子宫底平脐,胎位查不清,胎心音未听到,全腹压痛及反跳痛明显,尤以右下腹为著。肠鸣音减弱。外阴发
