利用离子土壤固化剂(Ionic Soil Stabilizer,简称ISS)对山东省青岛市某公路工程路基填土进行化学改性试验研究。试验中ISS溶液的配合比例为1∶38。通过对改性路基土进行室内击实试验、无侧限抗压试验、固结压缩试验及水浸泡试验,与原状土对比研究发现,掺加ISS的改性土最优含水量、最大干密度、抗剪强度指标都呈增大趋势,而且土体具有更好的水稳定性。另外,通过对不同黏粒含量的改性土试验研究表明,ISS固化剂对黏土质土壤改性效果更为明显。对于含黏土较少的砂质土壤,可以通过加黏土混合的方法,再利用ISS改性,以满足道路工程施工的需要。
The Ionic Soil Stabilizer (ISS) was used to study the chemical modification of the subgrade fill of a highway in Qingdao City, Shandong Province. ISS solution in the test with a ratio of 1:38. Through the compaction test, unconfined compressive test, consolidation compression test and water immersion test on the modified subgrade soils, it is found that the optimum moisture content, the maximum dry density , Shear strength indicators are increasing trend, and the soil has better water stability. In addition, through the study of modified clay with different clay content, it is found that the effect of ISS curing agent on clay soil modification is more obvious. For sandy soil with less clay, it can be modified by adding clay by the method of adding clay to meet the needs of road construction.
