体位性心动过速综合征(postural orthostatic tachycar dia syndrome,POTS)是直立不耐受的重要类型,近年来发现POTS自主神经功能障碍是其重要临床症状和表现形式,POTS可能是一种自身免疫性神经病,与乙酰胆碱能神经元的神经节突触传递高度相关。下面就POTS与自主神经性乙酰胆碱受体抗体(acetylcholine receptor antibody,AChR-ab)的关系做一综述。
