基于接触面的罚函数算法 ,采用非线性动力分析的直接积分理论对牙齿冷压过盈装配过程进行了计算仿真 ,模拟了孔壁压应力在冷压装配中的变化过程 ;以装配时间作为控制参量 ,比较了不同的装配过程对过盈配合的影响 ;仿真过程考虑了设计变量、摩擦系数和工艺参数的影响 ,因此对牙齿过盈设计、装配有一定的指导意义 .
Based on the penalty function algorithm of contact surface, the direct integral theory of nonlinear dynamic analysis was used to calculate and simulate the process of dental cold pressure interference assembly, and the variation process of hole wall stress in cold press assembly was simulated. The assembly time was taken as control The influence of different assembly process on the interference fit is compared. The simulation process takes into account the influence of design variables, friction coefficient and process parameters, so it has some guiding significance for tooth interference design and assembly.
