技术创新是决定企业生存和发展的关键因素。推进企业技术创新,企业不仅需要具有技术创新的能力,同时还需要具有技术创新的动力。北京市国有企业在技术创新方面具有一定的优势,但同时也存在很大不足。为研究技术创新的主要影响因素,推进北京市国有企业的技术创新活动,也是出于认真贯彻实施“科教兴国”和“可持续发展”战略的要求,北京市科委出台了促进企业技术创新的相关政策与措施,其中一个工作重点是研究和总结北京市企业技术创新的经验,促进企业的知识化。《北京市工业企业技术创新案例研究》项目,是在北京市工业振兴计划支持下,
Technological innovation is a key factor in determining the survival and development of an enterprise. In order to promote technological innovation in enterprises, enterprises need not only the ability to have technological innovation, but also the impetus for technological innovation. Beijing’s state-owned enterprises have certain advantages in terms of technological innovation, but at the same time there are also great deficiencies. In order to study the main influencing factors of technological innovation and promote the technological innovation activities of Beijing’s state-owned enterprises, it is also out of the requirements for the conscientious implementation of the strategy of “rejuvenating the country through science and education” and the strategy of “sustainable development”. The Beijing Municipal Science and Technology Commission has promoted it. One of the priorities of the enterprise’s technological innovation related policies and measures is to research and summarize the experiences of Beijing’s enterprises in technological innovation and promote the knowledge of enterprises. The “Beijing City Industrial Enterprise Technology Innovation Case Study” project is supported by the Beijing Industrial Revitalization Plan.
