成都万佛寺石刻佛教造像的源流

成都万佛寺石刻造像是我国南方地区年代较早、题材丰富、在中国佛教造像艺术发展过程中产生过重要影响的一批造像。这批造像数量多、保存较完好、年代序列清晰、雕造精美、题材丰富,其重要的学术价值已为学术界广泛认同。然而,由于这些造像系清末(1644-1911年)以来陆续出土,且出土后几经辗转,给我们今天的研究带来诸多不便。前人曾对这批造像的出土及流传状况做过疏理,如:清代王懿荣所著《天壤阁笔记》最早记录了该遗址的造像出土情况,冯汉骥先生也曾对历次造像的出土和流传 The statues of the stone carvings at Chengdu Wanfo Temple are a group of statues that have had an important influence in the development of Chinese Buddhist statues and arts. The large number of statues, well preserved, chronological clear, beautifully carved, rich subject matter, its important academic value has been widely recognized by academia. However, since these statues were unearthed one after another in the late Qing Dynasty (1644-1911), they have caused many inconveniences to our research today. The predecessors have done a good job of revealing the unearthed and circulated statues of these statues. For example, “Notes of Tian Sha Ge” written by Wang Yirong in the Qing Dynasty first recorded the excavated statues of the site. Mr. Feng Hanji also unearthed and circulated the statues
