我场于1959年建场,全场总面积1670亩,位于龙门山区和清水河中游两地。过去造的林由于沙多土少、立地条件差,又缺乏必要的科学管理,所以多为成林不成材的低产林和次生林。在上级林业部门的指导下,我场从1974年开始对次生林进行改建工作。到目前共改建次生林和低产林300亩,建立速生丰产林158亩,长势喜人、成材在望,1974年定植的二杨林每亩蓄积量已达2.5立方米。实践使我们认识到:通过努力,薄沙滩上同样可以把低产林改建成优质高产林。我们的做法是:
My field was built in 1959, the total area of 1670 acres, located in Longmen Mountain and the middle reaches of the Qingshui River. In the past, due to the small quantity of sand and soil, poor site conditions and the lack of necessary scientific management, most of the forests made in the past were mostly low-yielding forests and secondary forests that were poorly populated forests.
