本文从理论和实验两方面分析了细热线的换热关系式,指出测量值不仅是速度的函数,而且和气流温度有关.为了解决温度补偿问题,设计了恒阻风速仪和恒流风速仪,经过变温风调的试验表明,当气流温度从0—60℃时,有良好的温度补偿性能,这对发展热线风速仪和现场实际应用带来较大的方便.在大量试验的基础上,归纳了温度补偿热线风速仪的桥路设计方法.
In this paper, we analyze the heat transfer relationship of thin hot wire theoretically and experimentally, and point out that the measured value is not only a function of velocity, but also related to the temperature of the airflow.In order to solve the problem of temperature compensation, a constant resistance anemometer and constant current anemometer are designed, After temperature and humidity control tests show that when the air temperature from 0-60 ℃, there is a good temperature compensation performance, which is more convenient for the development of hotline anemometer and field practical applications.On the basis of a large number of tests, The temperature compensation hotline anemometer bridge design method.
