文章对七个优良菠菜品种进行配合力分析测定,验证了作者对菠菜品种进行育种上分类和杂种优势预测是有效的,并进一步指出11号、7号品种在许多性状上是组合育种的优良亲本;而2号品种在许多性状上既可利用其加性基因的作用,又可通过不同遗传型杂交产生极其显著的非加性基因效应,是组合育种和优势育种兼用的优良亲本。12号品种的许多性状作为组合育种并不可取,但用于优势育种,仍不失为一个优良的亲本。美国大圆叶、32号、35号品种本身表现较好,育种潜力则差于11号、27号、2号品种。
In this paper, the analysis of the combining ability of seven excellent spinach cultivars is validated. It is validated that it is effective for the authors to classify the spinach breeds and forecast the heterosis. It is further pointed out that the 11th and the 7th varieties are excellent parents for the combination breeding in many traits ; While the No.2 variety can utilize its additive gene in many traits, and can produce extremely significant non-additive gene effect through different genetic crosses. It is an excellent parent that can be used for combined breeding and superior breeding. It is not advisable to use a lot of traits as variety combinations for combination breeding, but it is still an excellent parent for dominant breeding. American round leaves, 32, 35 varieties performed better, breeding potential is worse than 11, 27, 2 varieties.
