应用简单性能试验仪(SPT)进行不同温度和频率下2种沥青混凝土材料动态模量试验,利用时间-温度等效原理和WLF经验公式分析,得到不同基准温度下材料动态模量主曲线簇及位移因子参数值;在Arrhenius粘度公式基础上推导新的时-温等效方程,提出了WLF经验公式中参数C1、C2的物理表达式,并通过试验结果进行验证。研究结果表明:作用频率和温度对沥青混凝土材料动态模量影响规律一致,但材料相位角在不同温度状态下随加载频率呈现不同变化规律;WLF经验公式参数C1、C2与材料玻璃点温度Tg及相应活化能ΔE0相关,随基准温度增加C1减小而C2增大,推导的时-温等效方程能很好地解释这一变化规律;研究成果可为其他沥青混合料动态特性试验研究提供参考。
The dynamic modulus tests of two kinds of asphalt concrete with different temperature and frequency were carried out by using the simple performance tester (SPT). Based on the time-temperature equivalent principle and the WLF empirical formula, the main curve clusters of the dynamic modulus of materials Displacement factor. Based on the Arrhenius viscosity formula, a new time-temperature equivalent equation is deduced. The physical expressions of the parameters C1 and C2 in the WLF empirical formula are proposed and validated by the experimental results. The results show that the influence of frequency and temperature on the dynamic modulus of asphalt concrete is consistent, but the phase angle of material exhibits different variation with loading frequency under different temperature conditions. WLF empirical formula parameters C1 and C2 and material glass temperature Tg and The corresponding activation energy ΔE0 is correlated. With the increase of the reference temperature, the decrease of C1 and the increase of C2, the derived time-temperature equivalence equation can explain the change law well. The research results can provide reference for the experimental study of dynamic properties of other asphalt mixtures .
