政府管理机制创新,是通过研究政府管理现象的各个层面的整体功能及其规律,制定行政管理机制,改革方案,优化政府职能、理顺关系、提高效能。由于利益驱动形成的阻力、传统的计划经济管理模式的惯性、行政法规和市场组织不健全的影响,政府管理机制仍存在着管理理念陈旧、职能尚未转变到位、运行机制不健全、自身建设不完善等问题。所以,要继续深化行政管理体制和政府机构改革,更新管理理念、转变职能、完善运行机制、加强自身建设,不断提高政府管理能力,提高行政效率,促进经济社会的全面发展。
