金属镝生产工艺的改良

实验主要针对金属Dy一次还原生产中的氩气充入量、还原剂Ca加入量、二次精炼过程中精炼时间以及精炼温度分别进行控制,在生产结束后对所产金属杂质含量进行汇总分析。结果表明:氩气压力过大或过小,对还原反应都会造成不利影响,将氩气压力设定在-0.07MPa时,所获得的金属收率可控制在97.5%以上;实验中加入过量25.8%的Ca所获得的金属收率超过97.5%,进入粗金属中的杂质Ca,Fe都控制在比较低的水平;在精炼时间为40 min的条件下,精炼温度保持在1500℃左右时,收率达到99.7%,金属中W,Fe等杂质含量相对较低。对于生产高纯金属Dy,通过改进相关工艺参数,完全可以实现产品品质的进一步提高。 The experiments mainly focused on the charging amount of argon, the amount of Ca added, the refining time and the refining temperature in the primary reduction of metal Dy, and then analyzed the content of metal impurities after the production.
