河北省泊头市乡镇企业,齐桥板框压滤机总厂,是我国生产压滤机的四大厂家之一。1988年在国家压缩贷款指标资金严重短缺的情况下,该厂领导没有因自己是地区明星企业而向上级求援,他们眼睛向内,注重企业内部挖潜。今年上半年,共挖出和筹集资金360多万元,保证了生产需要。他们的作法是:1.发动职工集资。通过召开职工大会,向全厂职工讲清本厂的生产形势和面临的困难,号召职工以厂为家,共渡难关。在厂领导的带动下,全体职工积极响应,少者投资1000元,多者达2万元。在不到20天的时间内,集中资金85万元。除此之外,该厂还作出了奖金缓发一年的决定,将职工全年奖金在年终一次付给。在此期间,由厂方付给利息。此项决定,一年可为该厂吸收资金36万元。
