我单位施工的山西铝厂氧化铝分厂循环水系统,配用4座750m~2双曲线冷却塔,正常运行时水质含碱0.5g/L,筒内壁要求刷涂环氧沥青漆防水材料。但该种材料施工周期长、工艺要求高、工序复杂、操作困难。我们征得有关部门同意后,在1号、2号冷却塔筒壁施工中试用氯乙烯-偏氯乙烯防水涂层工艺,收到了比较好的效果。
The circulating water system of the alumina plant of Shanxi Aluminum Plant constructed by our company is equipped with four 750m~2 hyperbolic cooling towers. The water in the normal operation contains alkali 0.5g/L. The inner wall of the cylinder is required to be coated with epoxy bituminous paint waterproof material. However, this type of material has a long construction period, high process requirements, complicated processes, and difficult operation. After obtaining the approval of the relevant departments, we tried the waterproof coating process of vinyl chloride-vinylidene chloride in the construction of the cooling towers of No. 1 and No. 2 and received good results.
