四十多年计划经济体制,政经不分、政企不分、政经连体,使偌大的中国社会失去与世界经济发展的公平交换环境,使整个中国社会发展体系链无法形成,进而也缩小了人与人自身发展的空间,失去此社会与彼世界需求补充的空间。政经连体,使“黑市”披着合法的外衣猖獗,使权钱勾结而舞,使中国社会主义市场经济秩序产生紊乱。现实告诉我们:
