用酶联免疫法检测了22例再生障碍性贫血(急性再障8例、慢性再障14例)患儿血清肿瘤坏死因子(TNF),结果:再障患儿TNF血清浓度为54.14±21.91ng/ml,较正常对照(15名,27.93±9.93ng/ml)明显增高,差异有极显著性意义(P<0.01),且与血小板计数呈负相关,与外周血白细胞计数、血红蛋白量无相关性;急性再障(55.63±28.47ng/ml)较慢性再障(50.14±14.88ng/ml)轻度增高,但差异无显著性意义(P>0.05);输血组TNF为54.10±17.89ng/ml,未输血组TNF为50.50+26.30ng/ml,两组比较差异无显著性意义(P>0.05)。
Serum tumor necrosis factor (TNF) was detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay in 22 children with aplastic anemia (8 with acute aplastic anemia and 14 with chronic aplastic anemia). Results: The serum concentration of TNF in children with aplastic anemia was 54.14 ± 21.91 ng / ml, compared with the normal control group (15, 27.93 ± 9.93ng / ml), the difference was significant (P <0.01), and negatively correlated with the platelet count, but not with the peripheral blood leukocyte count and hemoglobin (55.63 ± 28.47ng / ml) was slightly higher than that of chronic aplastic anemia (50.14 ± 14.88ng / ml), but the difference was not significant (P> 0.05); the TNF of transfusion group was 54.10 ± 17.89ng / ml, the blood transfusion group TNF was 50.50 + 26.30ng / ml, no significant difference between the two groups (P> 0.05).
