影响社会力量办学思想政治教育工作的因素,来自领导、教师、学员等三个方面。下面,笔者试逐一分析: 领导的因素上级主管部门要把加强社会力量办学的思想政治教育工作的管理放在各项工作的首位。在管理内容上要有新思想,在管理形式上要有新方法,实现管理上的科学化、标准化。首先,上级主管部门要把好审批关。过去,由于对思想政治教育工作的忽视,在对社会力量办学的审批标准中,没有对思想政治教育的具体要求。因此,我们应该增加思想政治教育这条,并做为审批的一个重要标准。这样,才能真正使要办学的人,从一开始就重视思想政治教育工作。并在办学中坚持始终。
