本文结合教育实践和理论思考,将目光投向中小学音乐教师必备素质培养与高师音乐教育改革之间的关系。认为站稳讲台、立足舞台、潜心案台既是中小学音乐教师的必备素质,亦是对高师音乐教育改革的三个期待。进而对高师音乐教育改革展开分析,并提出相应对策,期望有效提高年轻音乐教师的素质。 Combining with educational practice and theoretical thinking, this article focuses on the relationship between primary and secondary school music teachers’ essential qualities and music education reform in higher normal colleges. He believes that being a stage podium and concentrating on the stage are all three essential tasks for music teachers in primary and middle schools as well as three expectations for the reform of music education in normal colleges and universities. And then analyze the reform of music education in normal colleges and put forward corresponding countermeasures, hoping to effectively improve the quality of young music teachers.
