由直接平衡法直接研究了1575,1600,1625℃铁液中的[Y]-[S]平衡关系,测定了Y的脱硫常数lgK_(YS)和Y与S的一、二阶活度相互作用系数e_S~Y,r_S~Y与温度的关系,并进行了有关的热力学计算。由测得的数据算出铁液中YS的标准生成自由能△G°_(YS)、Y的标准溶解自由能△G°_((Y)→[Y])、活度系数、克原子分数和百分浓度的自相互作用系数ε_Y~Y,e_Y~Y与温度的关系。 对于反应[Y]+[S]=YS_((S)) △G°_(YS)=-76740+21.66T(cal/mol) 1gK_(YS)=-16773/T+4.74 e_S~Y=-175999/T+82.58 r_S~Y=-372222/T+220 △G°_(Y(L)→[Y])=-8120-7.43T(cal/mol) 1gγ°_Y=-1775.7/T+0.578 ε_Y~Y=-8178.9/T-2.693 e_Y~Y=22.34/T-0.00574
The equilibrium relationship of [Y] - [S] in molten iron at 1575, 1600 and 1625 ℃ was directly studied by the direct equilibrium method.
