由于既得利益、认识误区及立法程序不完善等原因,我国证券投资基金业的政府规制被滥用。政府规制的滥用导致证券投资基金市场结构为行政性垄断,进而导致基金业行为异化、市场绩效差,证券投资基金业被人为地延长了幼稚期。因此,必须对证券投资基金业现行政府规制进行改革,改革的方向是打破垄断、放松管制。
Due to vested interests, misunderstandings and imperfect legislative procedure, the government regulation of China’s securities investment fund industry has been abused. The abuse of government regulation leads to the administrative monopoly of the securities investment fund market structure, which leads to alienation of the fund industry and poor market performance. The securities investment fund industry has been artificially prolonged. Therefore, we must reform the current government regulation of securities investment fund industry. The direction of reform is to break the monopoly and deregulation.
