我们厂里有量具比较集中的量具分发库和量具较多的工具分发库,数量从几百件到上万件。在这种情况下要编制一张周期检定日程表,是比较困难的,要在这种大型周期表上找到某一个号的量具更是困难。我们在实际工作中采用“量具定期调换卡”来控制周期检定,从二、三年实践情况看来,效果是好的。这里将着重介绍专用量具(即极限量规)的管理方法。
