颖河阜阳节制闸位于安徽省阜阳市区三里湾颖河和泉河交汇处,担负交通、航运、灌溉、防洪排涝、滞洪保准等综合任务。该闸于1958年2月动工兴建,1959年元月竣工。系开敞式钢筋混凝土结构深浅孔结合闸,共计12孔,其中中间4孔为深孔,两侧各4孔均为浅孔。该闸建成至今36年的运行中,接近或超过设计流量的就出现过10余次。历史最大洪峰流量1965年7月14日达3310立方米每秒,最高洪水位1975年8月18日达32.52米,均超设计指标。但
Ying River Fuyang Barrier is located at the confluence of Ying River and Quan River in Sanliwan City, Fuyang City, Anhui Province. It undertakes comprehensive tasks such as transportation, shipping, irrigation, flood control and drainage, and standard of flood retention. The gate started construction in February 1958, completed in January 1959. Department of open-style reinforced concrete structure with a combination of deep hole gate, a total of 12 holes, of which 4 holes for the middle of the deep hole on both sides of the 4 holes are shallow holes. The gate has been built so far 36 years of operation, approaching or exceeding the design flow on the emergence of more than 10 times. The maximum peak flow of history reached 3310 cubic meters per second on July 14, 1965, and the highest flood level reached 32.52 meters on August 18, 1975, exceeding the design targets. but
