自2001年以来,湖北省各级档案部门紧紧围绕党委政府的工作大局,积极开展已公开现行文件的利用工作,为推动全省党务政务公开、密切党和政府与人民群众的联系、维护人民群众合法权益、维护社会稳定和全面建设小康社会服务,做出了积极贡献,受到省委省政府领导的肯定和社会各界的赞誉。到目前为止,全省93个有条件的综合档案馆已有69个建立了现行文件服务中心,占74％。
Since 2001, the archives departments at all levels in Hubei Province have been working closely around the overall work of party committees and governments and have actively carried out the utilization of openly-available documents in order to promote the openness of party affairs and government in the province, to maintain close contact between the party and the government and the people, and to safeguard the people The legitimate rights and interests of the masses, maintaining social stability and building a moderately prosperous society, made a positive contribution by the provincial party committee and government leaders of the recognition and praise from all walks of life. So far, 69 of the 93 qualified comprehensive archives in the province have established existing document service centers, accounting for 74%.
