旧建筑的保护与创意产业园的建设一直是建筑与设计领域备受关注的话题,本文以徐州创意68产业园区空间设计实例为研究背景,通过对其展开的一系列调查研究,发掘出其自身固有的空间形式特点与视觉魅力,并试图找出以旧建筑改造为基础的创意产业园区空间规划设计过程中所潜在的问题,加以分析整理,进而得出开展此类设计所应遵循的相关规律与实用经验。
The construction of the old building’s protection and creative industry park has been a topic of great concern in the field of architecture and design. This paper takes the case of Xuzhou Creative 68 Industrial Park as an example. Through a series of investigations and researches on it, The inherent characteristics of space form and visual charm, and try to find out the potential problems in the process of spatial planning and design of the creative industrial park based on the renovation of old buildings, analyze and sort out them, and then come to the relevant laws to be followed in carrying out such designs With practical experience.
