科研组织的持续发展,须具备组织学习的能力,更需要能带动组织进行持续学习的领导者。本文采用案例分析法,通过分析“大科学工程”的建设过程,说明了领导者在科研组织的学习和科技创新过程中应肩负哪些职责以及应发挥什么样的作用,并提出了有助于提升和改善领导力的六项参考性措施,以更好的发挥领导角色在科研创新中的作用。
The sustainable development of scientific research organizations, must have the ability to organize learning, but also need to lead the organization to carry out continuous learning leaders. This article uses the case analysis method to analyze the construction process of the “Great Science Project”, and explains what responsibilities the leaders should take and what role they should play in the process of learning and technological innovation in scientific research organizations. And six reference measures to improve leadership in order to give better play to the role of leadership in scientific research and innovation.
