研究了用不同模板剂、添加不同类型粘结剂以及高温水蒸汽处理对 HZSM-5沸石表面酸性及二甲苯异构化性能的影响。得出了不同模板剂合成的 HZSM-5沸石酸性与甲苯异构化活性间的关系;而且随添加粘结剂 A(?)_2 O_(3)-SiO_2 中 SiO_2 含量增加以及水热处理温度升高,沸石酸性及二甲苯异构化活性均下降。同时还对二甲苯异构化机理进行了讨论。
The effects of different template agents, different types of binders and high temperature steam treatment on the surface acidity and xylene isomerization performance of HZSM-5 zeolites were studied. The relationship between the acidity and toluene isomerization activity of HZSM-5 zeolite synthesized by different template agents was obtained. With the increase of SiO 2 content in A (?) _ 2 O_ (3) -SiO_2 and the increase of hydrothermal treatment temperature , Zeolite acidic and xylene isomerization activity decreased. The isomerization mechanism of xylene was also discussed.
