随着炼铁技术的发展,高炉生产率不断提高,但是由于各种原因,高炉生产过程中出现的各种操作事故仍未完全消除,高炉结瘤就是其中一例。在某些炼铁厂中高炉结瘤成为提高生产水平,改善经济技术指标的严重障碍;对于另外一些炼铁厂虽未为炉瘤所困扰,但仍不得不加以警惕和防范。本文对我厂三十多年来高炉结瘤和不结瘤正反两方面的经验加以总结比较,并探求预防高炉结瘤的措施。
With the development of ironmaking technology, blast furnace productivity continues to improve, but due to various reasons, various operational accidents occurred in the blast furnace production process have not been completely eliminated, blast furnace nodules is one example. In some ironworks nodules in blast furnaces become a serious obstacle to raising the level of production and improving economic and technical indicators. Although some ironworks are not plagued by furnace burns, they have yet to be vigilant and precautionary. This paper summarizes the experiences of both positive and negative froth nodulation and non-nodulation in our factory for more than thirty years and explores the measures to prevent the nodule formation in the blast furnace.
