【代表介绍】姚兴涛,1965年生。黄浦区人大代表。经济学博士,高级经济师,上海证券有限责任公司副总经理。先后从事区域经济研究和期货市场、证券市场实物及业务管理工作,是较早系统研究中国金融衍生品市场发展的学者之一。出版专著包括《理念致胜:指数产品创新研究》、《中国股指期货市场概论》、《金融衍生品市场论》等,并在《金融研究》等报刊发表文章数十篇。曾获省部级科技成果奖一项,参与完成国家自然科学基金项目《区域经济协调发展研究》课题。论文《中国金融衍生品市场发展研究》、《网络产业发展和触网上市公司研究》、《上市公司股利政策研究》分获深圳证券交易所会员单位1998、1999、2000年度研究成果优秀奖、三等奖、二等奖。主持完成上海证券交易所联合研究课题《我国股市推出交易所交易基金(ETF)可行性研究》。
[Introduction] Yao Xingtao, born in 1965. Huangpu District People's Congress. Doctor of Economics, Senior Economist, Deputy General Manager of Shanghai Securities Co., Ltd. He has successively engaged in the research of the regional economy, the futures market, the physical and business management of the securities market, and is one of the earliest scholars systematically studying the development of China's financial derivatives market. Published monographs include “Concept Winning: Research on Index Product Innovation”, “Introduction to China's Stock Index Futures Market”, “Theory of Financial Derivatives Market,” and published dozens of articles in newspapers and periodicals such as “Financial Studies”. Won provincial and ministerial level scientific and technological achievements award, participated in the completion of the National Natural Science Fund project “coordinated development of regional economy” project. Thesis “Research on the Development of China's Financial Derivatives Market”, “Research on Network Industry Development and Touching-listed Companies” and “Research on Dividend Policy of Listed Companies” won the Outstanding Merit of 1998, 1999 and 2000 Research Results of Shenzhen Stock Exchange, Second prize, second prize. Presided over the completion of a joint research project on the Shanghai Stock Exchange “China's stock market introduction of exchange-traded funds (ETFs Feasibility Study).”
