利用工业用纯钛粉末、激光快速成形(LRF)系统和优化的成形工艺参数,制成了纯钛的测试试样,根据国家标准GB/T 13810-1997和GB/T 16886.5-2002分别进行力学测试和细胞毒性实验。力学测试结果为抗拉强度475 MPa,屈服强度383 MPa,延伸率27%,弹性模量97.54 GPa,维氏显微硬度188.4-206.3;利用小鼠结缔组织成纤维细胞(L-929细胞)进行体外细胞毒性的研究,结果表明激光快速成形纯钛细胞毒性为0级。激光快速成形纯钛试样满足外科植入物纯钛板材室温力学性能国家标准和体外细胞毒性实验标准。
Pure titanium powder, laser rapid prototyping (LRF) system and optimized forming process parameters were used to make pure titanium test specimens. The mechanical properties of pure titanium were tested according to the national standards GB / T 13810-1997 and GB / T 16886.5-2002 respectively Testing and cytotoxicity experiments.
