目的:探讨品管圈活动在呼吸内科护患沟通中的应用效果,提高患者满意度。方法:在呼吸内科成立“品管圈”小组,评定活动主题,针对目前护患沟通中存在的问题进行分析,制定增强护患沟通的措施。比较品管圈活动前后患者对护理工作的满意度。结果:实施品管圈活动后,增强了护患之间的沟通,患者对护理工作的满意度有了显著提高(P<0.05)。结论:在呼吸内科应用品管圈活动可有效加强护患沟通,增进护患关系,提高患者对护理工作的满意度,促进呼吸内科整体护理质量的提升。
Objective: To explore the effect of QA activities in the communication between nurses and patients in respiratory medicine, and to improve patient satisfaction. Methods: In the Department of Respiratory Medicine, a Quality Control Circle group was set up to assess the theme of the activity and analyze the existing problems in nurse-patient communication so as to formulate measures to enhance communication between nurses and patients. Comparison of quality control ring activities before and after the patient’s satisfaction with nursing. Results: The implementation of QC activities enhanced the communication between nurses and patients, and patients’ satisfaction with nursing was significantly improved (P <0.05). Conclusion: It is concluded that the application of ring activities in respiratory medicine can effectively enhance the communication between nurses and patients, enhance the relationship between nurses and patients, enhance patient satisfaction with nursing work, and promote the overall quality of nursing care in respiratory medicine.
