为提高沥青及混合料的路用性能,采用硬质沥青作为改性剂,并与PE改性沥青进行对比分析。通过美国SHRP计划提出的动态剪切流变试验,探究了在高温条件下硬质沥青对沥青流变性能的影响规律。进一步通过高温车辙试验、低温小梁弯曲和冻融劈裂试验评价了沥青混合料的路用性能。试验结果表明:硬质沥青改性沥青能承受更高的交通等级。随着硬质沥青的增加,沥青相位角减小,车辙因子增大,沥青高温稳定性能增强。硬质沥青能有效改善沥青混合料的高温抗车辙性能、低温抗裂性能和抗水损害性能。
In order to improve the road performance of asphalt and mixture, rigid asphalt was used as modifier and compared with PE modified asphalt. Through the dynamic shear rheological test proposed by the United States SHRP program, the influence law of the hard asphalt on the rheological properties of asphalt at high temperature was explored. The road performance of asphalt mixture was further evaluated by high temperature rutting test, low temperature beam bending and freeze-thaw splitting test. The test results show that: rigid asphalt modified asphalt can withstand higher traffic levels. With the increase of hard bitumen, the phase angle of bitumen decreases, the rutting factor increases, and the bitumen stability at high temperature increases. Rigid asphalt can effectively improve the high temperature rutting resistance of asphalt mixture, low temperature crack resistance and water damage resistance.
