目的 探讨2型糖尿病患者血小板参数和CD62p 表达率及相关关系。方法 用流式细胞仪、血球计数仪及血小板聚集仪分别对50名健康人和60例2型糖尿病患者的CD62p、血小板四项参数及血小板最大聚集率进行测定。结果 糖尿病组CD62p 表达率、血小板平均体积、血小板分布宽度、血小板最大聚集率明显高于对照组 ( p<0.01) ,血小板数明显低于正常组(p<0.01) ,而血小板压积两者无显著差异。有血管并发症CD62p 组表达率血小板平均体积 ,血小板分布宽度及血小板最大聚集率明显高于无血管并发症组 ( p<0.01或 p<0.05) ,血小板数和血小板压积无显著差异。结论 检测CD62p、血小板四项参数及血小板最大聚集率可较全面地反映糖尿病患者的血小板形态、功能和活化状态 ,对疾病的疗效观察、控制高凝状态、防止血管病变的发生有一定的意义。
Objective To investigate the relationship between platelet parameters and CD62p expression in type 2 diabetic patients. Methods CD62p, platelet parameters and platelet aggregation rate in 50 healthy people and 60 type 2 diabetic patients were measured by flow cytometry, hematology and platelet aggregation analyzer respectively. Results The expression of CD62p in diabetic group, the mean platelet volume, the distribution width of platelets and the maximum platelet aggregation rate were significantly higher than those in control group (p <0.01), and the number of platelets in diabetic group was significantly lower than that in normal group (p <0.01) Significant differences. The mean platelet volume, the distribution width of platelets and the maximum platelet aggregation rate of CD62p group with vascular complications were significantly higher than those without vascular complications (p <0.01 or p <0.05). There was no significant difference in platelet count and platelet pressure. Conclusion The detection of CD62p, platelet parameters and the maximum platelet aggregation rate can more fully reflect the platelet morphology, function and activation status of diabetic patients. It is of certain significance to observe the curative effect of the disease, control hypercoagulable state and prevent the occurrence of vascular lesions.
