采用电感耦合等离子体串联质谱仪(ICP-MS/MS)检测气雾剂中的24种元素杂质。串联质谱(MS/MS)模式用于特殊元素(Si、P、S)的测定,与传统的单四极杆电感耦合等离子体质谱仪(ICP-MS)相比,多原子干扰显著减少。23种目标元素在0~100 ng/ml范围内线性关系良好,Hg在0~5 ng/ml范围内线性关系良好。样品加样回收率为80%~120%。检测了2种市售吸入气雾剂中的元素杂质,结果均未超过规定限度。
24 elemental impurities in aerosols were detected by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (ICP-MS / MS). The tandem mass spectrometry (MS / MS) mode is used for the determination of special elements (Si, P, S) and significantly reduces the polyatomic interference compared to the conventional single quadrupole ICP-MS. The linearity of 23 target elements in the range of 0-100 ng / ml was good, and the linearity of Hg in the range of 0-5 ng / ml was good. Sample sample recovery was 80% to 120%. Elemental impurities in the two commercially available inhaled aerosols were tested and the results did not exceed the prescribed limits.
