近年来,中央和地方不断加大中小学教师培训力度,教师培训工作取得明显进展,但也存在着针对性不强、内容泛化、方式单一、质量监控薄弱等突出问题。为主动适应深化基础教育课程改革、全面实施素质教育的现实需求,着力解决存在的突出问题,教育部就深化中小学教师培训模式改革,全面提升培训质量提出指导意见。一是增强培训针对性,确保按需施训。中小学教师培训要以实施好基础教育新课程为主要内容,以满足教师专业发展个性化需求为工作目标,引领教师专业成长。各地要将上述要求贯穿于培训规划、项目设计、组织实施、质量监控全过程。根据新任教师岗前培训、在职教师提高培训和骨干教师
In recent years, the Central Government and local governments have continuously increased the training of primary and secondary school teachers and made remarkable progress in teacher training. However, there are also some prominent problems such as poor pertinence, generalization of content, unilateralism and weak quality control.
