:1,5 二氮杂二环 [4 .3 .0 ] 壬 5 烯 (DBN)与全氟烷基炔酸甲酯发生Michael加成反应 ,生成的中间体发生分子内缩合产生了三环化合物。其结构经元素分析 ,IR ,MS和核磁共振氢谱、碳谱 ,二维核磁共振13C 1Hcosy谱 ,二维核磁共振1H 1Hcosy谱确认。对反应机理也进行了探讨。
: 1,5-diazabicyclo [4.3.0] nonenal 5 (DBN) with Michael reaction of perfluoroalkyl alkynoic acid methyl ester, resulting in the formation of intramolecular condensation intermediates tricyclic compounds . Its structure was confirmed by elemental analysis, IR, MS and 1H nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy, carbon spectrum, 13C 1Hcosy spectrum of two-dimensional nuclear magnetic resonance and 1H 1H-NMR spectrum of two-dimensional nuclear magnetic resonance. The reaction mechanism is also discussed.
