我国炼铁技术的进步和发展方向徐矩良,《炼铁》,1982年第1期,3~7页。1976~1980年我国生铁产量增长70%,重点企业高炉利用系数提高56%,综合焦比下降16%,生铁合格率提高5.28%.几年来炼铁技术的进步主要表现在:(1)矿石品位1980年比1976年提高3.74%;(2)烧结矿质量改进,使用高碱度烧结矿的炼铁厂由1976年的一家增加到1980年的12家;(3)入炉料粉末减少.约有一半的高炉实行烧结矿入炉前过筛,使含粉率降到10%以下;(4)风温提高.1980年平均风温978℃,比1976年提高150℃;(5)喷煤有发展.已有2/3
Progress and Development of Ironmaking Technology in China Xu Juliang, Ironmaking, 1982, No. 1, pp. 3 ~ 7. The output of pig iron in our country increased by 70% from 1976 to 1980, that of key enterprises increased by 56%, the comprehensive coke ratio decreased by 16% and the passing rate of pig iron increased by 5.28% .In recent years, the progress of ironmaking technology mainly manifested in: (1) 1980 increased by 3.74% over 1976; (2) the improvement of sinter quality, the use of high-basicity sinter ironworks increased from one in 1976 to 12 in 1980; (3) reduced into the charge of powder. Half of the blast furnace sinter into the furnace before the screening, the powder content down to 10% or less; (4) the wind temperature increased in 1980 the average wind temperature 978 ℃, higher than in 1976 150 ℃; (5) Development has been 2/3
