At present, most of the opinions sought are macro issues related to the scope and means of adjustment to the Labor Contract Law. We think legislators and experts have long been studying these issues and just failed to do so for various reasons. As for the technical aspects of legislation in the draft labor contract law, little is involved. Legislative technology is a collective term used in legislative activities to promote scientific methods and techniques of legislation.
