研究了950℃×30 min油淬后不同回火保温时间对MC5冷轧辊钢组织和性能的影响。结果表明,随着回火保温时间从2 h增加到6 h,MC5冷轧辊钢的硬度相对于回火前硬度不断减小,回火2 h时冷轧辊钢的残余应力下降到了很低的水平;冷轧辊钢回火后的组织为回火马氏体和弥散的颗粒状碳化物;回火后组织中碳化物的尺寸比回火前的更为细小。
The effects of different tempering holding time on the microstructure and properties of MC5 cold-rolled steel after oil quenching at 950 ℃ for 30 min were studied. The results show that with the tempering holding time increased from 2 h to 6 h, the hardness of MC5 cold rolled steel decreased continuously with respect to that before tempering, and the residual stress of cold rolled steel decreased to a very low level after tempering for 2 h ; After tempering the cold rolled steel tempering tempered martensite and dispersed granular carbides; after tempering the size of the carbide in the tissue is smaller than before the tempering.
