介绍了工业区污水类型及基本处理方式。分析了工业区污水处理途径及不利于推进工业区污水处理厂建设的因素,提出了推进工业区污水处理厂建设的建议:(1)尽快制订并实施科学合理的工业区污水排放标准:(2)统一工业区污水处理厂和城镇污水处理厂排污费征收原则:(3)建立对工业区污水处理厂的排水费返还机制:(4)对自建污水处理厂的工业区给予引进项目的优惠政策。
Introduced the industrial area sewage type and the basic treatment way. The paper analyzes the ways of sewage treatment in industrial area and the factors which are not propitious to promote the construction of sewage treatment plant in industrial area. Proposes the suggestions of promoting the construction of sewage treatment plant in industrial area: (1) Develop and implement the scientific and rational sewage discharge standard in industrial area as soon as possible: (2 ) Uniform industrial zone sewage treatment plants and urban sewage treatment plant sewage charges levy principles: (3) the establishment of industrial wastewater treatment plants in the drainage fee return mechanism: (4) to the industrial zone of self-built sewage treatment plants to introduce the project concessions policy.
