蛋白酪氨酸磷酸酶相互作用蛋白(PTPIP)51是一种进化保守的蛋白质,在人类和多种哺乳动物中具有同源性。PTPIP51蛋白表达十分广泛,在不同的组织可有不同的相对分子质量;在不同组织中可与相应的细胞因子结合,具有不同的功能;与多种受体复合物结合,触发和启动多种信号通路的级联反应,参与细胞的代谢、增殖和分化以及功能活动、程序性死亡和迁移等过程。本文就PTPIP51的生物学特性、表达及其调节、信号配体和生理功能以及与肿瘤的关系等研究进展作一综述。
Protein tyrosine phosphatase-interacting protein (PTPIP) 51 is an evolutionarily conserved protein that has homology in humans and various mammals. PTPIP51 protein expression is very wide, in different tissues may have different relative molecular mass; in different tissues can be associated with the corresponding cytokines, have different functions; with a variety of receptor complexes, trigger and start a variety of signals The cascade of pathways, involved in cell metabolism, proliferation and differentiation and functional activity, programmed death and migration processes. This review summarizes the research progress of biological characteristics, expression and regulation of PTPIP51, signal ligand and physiological functions, and the relationship with tumor.
