介绍了国内首次研制的光缆CATV用1.3μmDFB激光器组件。组件工作频带达到1GHz,带内起伏<1dB;组件的RIN<-153dB/Hz;出纤光功率>2mW;载噪比CNR>50dB。首次实现用低反射尖锥端光纤和DFB激光器耦合。初步研究了DFB激光器的非线性补偿电路,使互调改善了近8dB。
The 1.3μmDFB laser module for CATV cable was first introduced in China. Component operating band to 1GHz, with less than 1dB band; component RIN <-153dB / Hz; fiber optic power output> 2mW; CNR> 50dB. For the first time, low-reflex tapered-end fibers and DFB lasers were coupled. Preliminary study of the DFB laser nonlinear compensation circuit, so that intermodulation improved by nearly 8dB.
