给出了化学共沉淀法制备ZnO压敏电阻粉料的原则工艺流程;对用化学法粉料制作的压敏电阻作了初步电性能检测,在进行8/20μs雷电冲击时发现其单位体积可承受较大的冲击能量,并具有小的U1mA变化率。
The principle process of ZnO varistor powder prepared by chemical coprecipitation method is given. The initial electrical properties of piezoresistors made by chemical powder are tested.
