研制了一台带双柱、双阀和高灵敏度氩离子化检测器的高纯度氩气纯度分析仪。它可以检测纯度为6个“9”(99.9999%)的氩气中的痕量甲烷、二氧化碳、氧气、氢气、氮气和一氧化碳等六种杂质,最小检测浓度分别为0.02,0.03、0.06、0.08,0.3和0.4ppm。总分析时间,包括阀切换时间在内,不超过十分钟。两根色谱柱分别装改性分子筛和Porapak Q担体。检测器采用Ni~(63)放射源,并用有机改性剂进行改进。该仪器适用于分析钢瓶氩气和氩气生产在线分析。
Developed a high purity argon purity analyzer with double column, dual valve and high sensitivity argon ionization detector. It can detect trace impurities such as methane, carbon dioxide, oxygen, hydrogen, nitrogen and carbon monoxide in 6 “9” (99.9999%) argon with the minimum detectable concentrations of 0.02, 0.03, 0.06, 0.08, 0.3 and 0.4 ppm. Total analysis time, including valve switching time, not more than ten minutes. Two columns were equipped with modified zeolite and Porapak Q support. Detector using Ni ~ (63) radioactive sources, and organic modifiers to be improved. The instrument is suitable for analyzing on-line analysis of cylinder argon and argon production.
