道路水泥是专用水泥的品种之一，经过研究试制、批量生产、正式投产几个阶段，生产工艺和技术已经成熟，各项技术性能指标稳定。国家技术监督局批准，道路水泥国家标准于1992年6月1日正式实施。道路水泥用于路面水泥混凝土有着诸多独特的优点，是《公路水泥混凝土路面设计规范》（JTJ012-94）规定采用的水泥品种之一。但是，由于某些非技术性原因，当前修筑水泥混凝土路面使用的道路水泥所占比重很小。为使优质新材料能够尽快推广应用，建议建材与交通两部门协力多做工作，以多种手段和方式促进道路水泥推广应用，使之成为提高水泥混凝土路面质量的措施之一。
Road cement is one of the varieties of special cement, after a trial production, mass production, formally put into production several stages, production technology and technology has matured, the technical performance indicators stable.
