同所有的磁记录装置一样,磁头是软磁盘机的核心部件,它的性能直接影响着软磁盘机的速度、容量和可靠性。目前,单面单密度软磁盘机对磁头的性能要求大约为:内圈500Kc 读出幅度大于1.5mV(双边峰—峰值)分辨率:内圈大于45%外圈小于95%抹去特性:(?)磁道偏离特性:磁头在原道向左(或右)偏离0.1mm时,读出幅度为原读出的66.6%。适用频率:500Kc适用道宽:48道/时。我们在研制硬磁盘铁氧体磁头和软磁盘机双缝铁氧体磁头的基础上,于一九七九年下半年开始研制软磁盘机单缝铁氧体磁头。经过几个月的模索,取得了初步成果。单缝头的结构如图(1)所示,主头执行读/写任务,抹头是将磁道两边多余的信息抹去,使读出清淅。磁头铁芯和结构参数如图(2)和表一所示。
