用荧光法测定小鼠经3种射线、不同照射方式照射后不同时间小肠组织胺含量.结果表明:4Gy中子照射后小肠组织胺含量增加的程度远比同剂量γ线明显;15Gyγ线照射后第3天小肠组织胺含量增加程度略高于同剂量X线.同种射线相同剂量不同照射方式引起小肠组织胺含量变化也不一致.15Gyγ线一次全身照射后第3天小肠组织胺含量增至正常值的149.7%;而15Gyγ线分5次连续5天照射后第3天则为正常值的104.3%;15GyX线全身一次照射组、照射腹部组和屏蔽腹部组照射后第3天小肠组织胺含量分别为正常值的131.8%、123.1%和111.6%.本文并对上述改变的机理进行了讨论.
The histamine content in the small intestine of mice irradiated by 3 different radiations and different irradiation methods was measured by fluorescence spectrophotometry.The results showed that the histamine content in the small intestine increased significantly after exposure to 4Gy neutron than that of the same dose of γ- On the third day, the increase of intestinal histamine content was slightly higher than that of the same dose of X-ray.It was also found that the same dose of the same dose of different doses of radiation caused small changes in intestinal histamine content.Immunohistochemistry after 15Gyγ-ray Value of 149.7%; and 15Gyγ line 5 times for 5 consecutive days after irradiation on the 3rd day was 104.3% of the normal value; 15GyX line whole body irradiation group, irradiation abdominal mask group and shielded abdominal group on the 3rd day after irradiation histamine content Respectively 131.8%, 123.1% and 111.6% of the normal value.This paper also discussed the mechanism of the above changes.
