我国的对外援助事业始于20世纪50年代,在建国初期国内条件极端困难的情况下,我国就对广大亚非欠发达国家施以无偿援助,赢得国际社会广泛赞誉。农业对外援助一直以来都是我国对外援助的重要内容,在促进受援国减少贫困、改善民生方面发挥了重要作用,业已成为我国农业外交的优势资源。在我国经济社会发展进入新阶段,世界经济格局深度变革的背景下,结合所做工作,谈一些体会。 Since the founding of our nation, the cause of foreign aid in our country began in the 1950s. Our country, on the extreme difficulties in the domestic conditions, has given its aid to the vast number of less developed Asian and African countries and won wide acclaim from the international community. Foreign aid to agriculture has always been an important part of China’s foreign aid and has played an important role in helping the recipient countries to reduce poverty and improve people’s livelihood. It has become the advantageous resource for China’s agricultural diplomacy. In light of the new stage of China’s economic and social development and the profound changes in the world economic structure, some experiences have been discussed in light of the work done.
