目的了解婴幼儿早期手势表达能力发展情况,探索手势语言的早期发展特点。方法采用父母报告方式,使用《汉语沟通发展量表》,对沈阳城区620名8~16月龄儿童的手势发展情况进行了研究。结果 8~16月龄期间,儿童手势能力发展迅速,初期沟通手势、游戏和日常活动手势对儿童来说较简单,在发育早期最容易被掌握;作用于物体的动作和模仿成人的动作其次;假扮项目最难,掌握这部分手势的人数最少。婴儿能够较早学会“用手指向有趣的事物”、“举高手想要抱抱”等具有指示性或象征性的手势。结论手势交流是婴儿期的重要沟通方式,应关注婴幼儿的手势发展,早期发现有异常的儿童,及早进行合理的干预。
Objective To understand the development of infant gestational gestures and to explore the early development of gesture gestures. Methods Using the method of parents’ report and using “Chinese Communication Development Scale”, the development of gestures of 620 children aged 8 ~ 16 months in Shenyang City was studied. Results 8 to 16 months of age, the rapid development of children’s hand gestures, early gestures of communication, games and daily activities is simpler for children, most likely to be mastered early in development; acting on objects and imitating adults’ actions second; Pretend items most difficult to grasp this part of the gesture the least number of people. Infants can learn to use “Pointing to something interesting” earlier, or “Pointing to hold” to indicate or symbolize their gestures. Conclusion Communication of gestures is an important communication method in infancy. We should pay attention to the development of infants and young children’s gestures, early detection of abnormal children and reasonable intervention as early as possible.
