1号机系31—25—7型,制造厂编号第26台。1971年4月投产。一、事故概况及处理1、投产后运行28天,因电机烧毁,4月30日停机。7月30日揭缸检查,发现第12压力级叶片距叶顶80~130mm处严重弯曲变形18片,轻度变形33片,裂纹5片。裂纹部位在进汽边顶部40~130mm,裂纹最多有6条,最长11mm。同时发现末三级叶片频率均有所下降。第十压力级一般下降4~6周/秒,最大12周/秒;第十一,十二压力级频率也下降4~5周/秒。处理措施:①变形者加热校正,裂纹打磨去除,找平衡。②机内疏水改进:将9~10压力级隔板套疏水孔原φ8mm×1改为φ15mm×3;第十一压力级隔板集水环疏水孔原有φ20mm×10不动;第十二压力级隔板底部由原孔φ15
